Bourbon 93 Proof 70% corn 20% rye 10% malt Fermented with special, peppery yeast

Cinnamon and Clove on the nose. A different take on bourbon with aggressive spice.

 

Rye 93 Proof 70 Midwestern rye, 20 local corn and 10% malted barley, Fermented with a wine yeast from France’s Loire Valley, aged in air dried oak barrels

Caramel and honey on the nose, with a whiskey sweetness on the palate

 

American 93 ProofFEW American Whiskey is the blend of Bourbon and Rye

Approachable entry with graham cracker/honey, with rye spice. Subtle white pepper and honey finish.

 

Barrel Gin 93 Proof Aged in our bourbon and rye barrel up to a year, giving a hint of smoky smoothness from charred barrels, tastes like gin but was the maturity of bourbon.

 

American Gin 80 proof Notes of Lemon peel with warm vanilla with a hint of juniper.

American: Drawn from the cover of the program for world fair. The colors are done on purpose due to the blend of Bourbon and Rye
